Here's a promo chip from Caesars that I don't see listed in The Chip Rack. It has a 2-15-1995 expiration date on it, but I'm pretty sure it is still in use, at least at Caesars Palace. The reverse says Caesars Tahoe. I'll try to find out if it's still playable. If not, I'd rate it a "P" value; playable, I'd put it at about a "W" value.

Color is Light Blue, with 4 yellow and 4 grey V-inserts. Mold is CAESARS PALACE BACCARAT. This is an oversize chip, 48 mm in diameter.
