Interesting dancers design on this B-Dash mold chip. TGT says Cleveland, and there was a club there by that name. There's also Velfarre, the upscale club in Los Angeles (Korean). Possibly a drink chip. Admission chip to get you past the doorman? Anyone know for sure what this was used for?
