Ok, your wife sits and tanks up on free food for hours using one of these to shove it in with...waiting for you to get done playing...finally has enough...right hand is for grabbing hold of your ear(or whatever) and left hand holds this mini-weapon and jabs hard to get your attention indicating she is ready to leave..(Gosh, punture wounds are painful)

BUT SERIOUSLY, I have one of these and never noticed they were left handed weapons..Thanks, for pointing that out.
