As most of you know already, I specialize in grand opening chips. That is, a chip that says grand opening, inaugural or a date on it. Which in most cases, it clearly denotes a GO chip.

QUESTION: What if it isn't noted as one; is it still considered a grand opening chip? Such as, the new Palms tattoo chips.
