It's not actually a casino. More of a slot machine parlor located inside Saratoga Raceway. They refer to the slots as video lottery terminals. I've read a few stories about the grand opening, but no mention of tokens or TITOs. The NYRA plans on installing 8 more parlors at tracks around the state. I think Aqueduct will open in a few months.
