I was looking though Dale Seymour's book on old poker chips and thought the catalog section in the back was very interesting. I was always curious as to how these chips were marketed. I found a listing in the 1897 Sears and Roebuck catalog for some of the old poker chips I had. At least I know they could be at least that old. I'm sure this kind of information is common knowledge to long time collectors, but since I'm new at chipping, anything I find is fascinating.
