Victor, the chips at face list is not used as a trader list but as an opportunity for others to obtain current chips for face value.
Traders do not need any special privilages. People who do not have any trades do.
It would appear to me at least, being that you did so well on the tables you could have gathered at least 5 or 10 $1.00 chips and offered them to the list members for face value and use the rest as traders.
I realize that last minute trips leaves very little time to plan for chip collecting, however, I found that in the past when I was going on a spur-of-the-moment-chip run, it only took me a few minutes to e-mail my intentions to the list members and surprisingly enough, had many responses within the hour.
Please keep in mind that this chips at face list can only stay successful if we have participation by everyone that is able to contribute to it.
I don't know your financial situation, but can only assume that if you travel as much as you do, play golf and have enough money to gamble in casinos, that you could afford to lay out $10.00 or so to help your fellow chip collectors to obtain chips that they normally would have to pay a premium to get if they were not on the list.
In any case, I'm sure others on the list will appreciate your offering them chips from your next trip to the Biloxi area at face value plus either actual shipping cost or no more than $1.00 if the postage is less.
