I recently got this chip with a bunch of chips from Costa Rica. It could be from Costa Rica, but I could not find anything about The Red Lion or El Leon Rojo casino. In The Gaming Table it is listed as possibly from Spain. But I think that is only a guess. It would be unusual to find a H&C chip from Spain. My guess is Costa Rica or possible the Dominican Republic. I love chips like this that have a symmetrical design on the inlay.
