We have seen Carnival issue sets of chips for individual ships. Most often the set is a three chip set of $5 chips that feature the on-board casino and the ship on the other side. An exception has been a set released for one ship that was a $1, a $5 and possibly a $25 (not sure of the $25).

Otherwise, all the ships now use a standard $1, $5, $25 and $100. You will often find the $5 3-chip versions from the other ships on any ship.

Carnival uses generics for roulette.
