Paul, while we have all gone round and round on this issue, the bottom line here is that YOU personally would rather pay $208.25 for the chip with free shipping as opposed to paying $8.25 for the chip and $200 shipping.

That is EXACTLY what I am saying. Charge what one wishes for any chip but don't try to extract additional dollars for shipping.
