Paul, while we have all gone round and round on this issue, the bottom line here is that YOU personally would rather pay $208.25 for the chip with free shipping as opposed to paying $8.25 for the chip and $200 shipping.

We both know that the total is the same. You just don't like what you consider to be high shipping charges and I respect your position.
