I have a really big problem.
I would like to buy "The Gaming Table", but in Germany it is impossible.
I asked some people (who sell it in the USA) if they would send it to Germany, but noone will do this.

Does anybody know a seller who will send the book to Germany? I´m really interessting in it.
I know that the shipping fees will be very high, but I will pay them.
I can pay through Paypal (prefered) or send cash.
