I'm not sure but the two older Gals who were/are daughters of the original land owner of that property were paid in the area of $10 grand each per month plus room & board. This is what I was told many years ago. In fact I gambled with them on a 21 table once, for about 5 minutes, that was all I could stand.
So whatever the cost of the building/business, you can probably tack on $20k a month in land rental. Of course that may have been changed, it's possible they were bought out at some point in time.
Wouldn't that be a great club house?
