Last year, a few new members didn't receive the chips I had mailed them . Because they were "free", they didn't want to complain, but it is important to me to know if I have a "mail problem" or "poor packaging" problem or "poor adhesive on my stamps" problem ... so if any of the new members did NOT get my package - or if your chips arrived broken (or something?) please email me so I'll be aware and can correct it.
