If there is, then a whole bunch of cobblers, body fender repairmen and those who restored the paintings in the Sistine Chapel should be punnished also.
Whose fault is it that this activity takes place anyway? Maybe some of you guys should go take a look in the mirror. The greed that has allowed these chips to have perceived value way beyond what is realistic has created the problem.
Back when a pair of shoes cost a significant part of a weekly wage, many kids had to go to school barefooted. There used to be a cobbler in every few square blocks of any city. Now that shoes can be replaced cheaper than old ones can be repaired, most cobblers have gone out of business.
What I'm saying is people don't bring me $10 chips and offer me $20 to fix them.
