Archie B. says that the hypothetical 1st issue A.C. Sands chip would probably be accepted as a wager ... but if that bet was lost, the chip in all probability would not be paid out to a successive winning bet, but placed in the rear of the rack until it was returned to the cage where you would never see it again. To me ... and most every serious A.C. chip collector I know; the chip is OBSOLETE by my definition.

Too often in this hobby, folks take a one-size-fits-all standard ... even when we know that circumstances and regulations in Nevada are not the same in other gaming juristictions.
