Re: $100,000 would be much of a problem ....

Replicas would not be in the cards, of course.
;-) However I have priced used compression molding presses, and it appears that it could be done for a lot less than the $100K figure, if I can get the mix and the process right. Tooling is an issure of course, too. So far, a Chipco set could run over $200 wholesale. This is the problem! I need mix and process info if it is out there anywhere.
