I'm behind reading The Chipboard, so excuse this post if someone else has answered your question. I don't believe that The Chip Rack #9 is available anywhere. The publisher plan on releasing TCR #10 about a month before the international convention in June. Moniter this BB about May and you're sure to see several dealers offer it for sale. Hope this helps.
