The Chipco wouldn't be hard to make. I suspect you start with this sample and paste on an "inlay". If you want to get fancy, you can mill a shallow depression in the face of the chip and make a true inlay.
The ceramic is pretty hard and it may not be easy to machine. I haven't seen one that has been done this way, just guessing how it might have been done. Reproduction inlays would be easy to make these days with good color scanners and printers.
