Are you trying to tell me that if I took a Ford Mustang and painted it some other color than original and put flames on it, that would be a copyright infringement? I guess lot of speed shops and body fender repairmen had better watch out.

I think there's greater cause for litigation if untrue and slanderous statments are made in a public forum that could result in financial damage.
