the Hard Rock Cafe in Las Vegas sold these brass core pieces in bolo ties, keychain fobs and, I believe, belt buckles. They came with white, red and black plastic surrounding the "brass core". What the seller ("chip-quest") has done is remove the red/white/black plastic as issued and replaced it with his own marbelized color...I don't believe that that qualifies as copyright infringement.

If you are a new member, please do a search through the archives under "brass core" and you will realize the havoc that similar actions have wreaked on brass core collection prices. Steve B
