I just had this chip confirmed by T.R. King. It was sent to Leo Kind in Las Vegas in 1955. Leo Kind had a Panguingue Parlor at 3317 S. 5th street as listed in the Gaming Table. Neither Allan nor James has seen any chips from there. This 50cent chip is the only one I found. It's always a thrill to find a new one!! Enjoy, Doug.
