I have the money market with Paypal and make 3-4 withdrawals a month and have yet to be charged a fee.

Not sure if there is a fee for 5 or more withdrawals though. I really like the online statement as you can go to your account at anytime and view all transactions including, buys - sells - refunds - dividends - etc.

Very convenient and would recommend.

I do have a premium Paypal account but don't believe that makes a difference. It only offers me a lower fee charged to me when I sell items and the buyer uses paypal to pay me for the item.
