I am about to invest some time and money to convert the storage of my (~1200) chips.
I currently use a dozen 100-chip racks which are not very protective and do not present well, but are low cost and provide easy access.
I am planning on going to 2.5" x 2.5" mylar flips which offer a decent amount of protection at a reasonable cost.
I noticed Gene replied to a post below indicating that these flips can peel the insert off a Bud Jones chip.
Before I invest time and money into this storage conversion, I'd like to make sure I am not making a mistake.
I was under the impression that this storage method was one of the safest. Is this storage method safe?
Are there other reasonably priced solutions I should be considering?
I'd appreciated learning from your experience.
Thanks...Jim
