these chips, for that large sum of money?

Do we know for a fact, one person was trying to

rip-off another person?

How about going to a Las Vegas casino, as a

collector for the latest limited edition chip

and you are told that all of them have been sold.

Only to go on Ebay and see them being sold for

more than their $5 face value.

This O.K. though, you deserve a profit because

the fix is in and you have to pick these chips up

from the casino cage. This is called a SERVICE.

Do you think for a moment, that if a current $5

limited edition chip was to sell for $1500 on

Ebay, anyone would be demanding a partial refund

be given by the seller?

The only way to promote, any type of collecting

is to make the item available to the collector.

The enjoyment in collecting anything, is finding

the item and not have to pay more then the

original price.
