You're right Paul. I don't want to get into a debate about the value of this particular chip. I only know what the TCR #9 says about it. You would have to admit that the value of this particular chip did jump up in value from TCR #8 to TCR #9. It's not my auction and I don't know anything special about this chip myself.

One also has to realize that the TCR #9 was published in June 2002 which make this guide even 1½ years old. While most chips may not sell for high book value, there are some chips that sell for over high book value. Maybe this chip has continued to see a rise in demand/value.
