I quoted exactly what was listed in TCR (The Chip Rack) and do realize that the "+" which is sometimes used next to a value code denotes simply the value had risen since the last publication. (A "-" indicates a decrease in value since the last TCR publication).

Some of the newer chippers may not have known what the "+" meant and might have interpreted that in a different fashion.
