Southwestern Bell had also promised that our IP addresses would not be affected with our upgrades in service that were scheduled for today. We were told they changes would be "seamless" and we wouldn't have any downtime at all. LOL. Well, in a nutshell, this is something they also goofed up. I think they were hitting the New Year's juice a little early today.
As a result, we have had to change our DNS entries for our domains to use a different block of IP Address. This change is proprogating out to DNS servers.
The good news is that some users are already seeing the change and are able to use the site. Others may still have to wait a few hours before they can connect.
