They show up for you because the link to the pictures you are using is a folder on your hard drive. You have to upload them to the internet somewhere which can be your ISP or this board (look for the file upload link at the top of the main page)for us to see them. If you upload them here you will put this http://www.chipguide.com/tcbuploads.php?image=YOUR IMAGE NAME
In the Optional Image URL box. Then we should be able to see them.
