Will, what's the advantage of the 30 pocket pages as opposed to the 12 pocket with 2.5 inch flips?

I'm thinking of migrating my collection from it's 20 pocket HyGrade Binder, to the 12 pocket with flips.

As a side question:

Since the 12 pocket page that fits the 2.5 inch flips has a fairly large pocket, I was wondering if the pockets would accommodate a foam-ring Air-Tite?
