P.T. Barnum supposedly said that "There's a sucker born every minute", I think that that is exactly what this seller is hoping for. Some unsuspecting newbie is going to be screwed, glued, and tattooed thinking they got a good deal all for some quick Christmas cash!

These 3 auctions you linked to are for some older, fairly scarce, Hard Rock chips as I'm sure you know. But they're not that scarce. I sold those same 3 chips out of my collection several months ago and mine went somewhere between $10 and $25 each.
