This purple NCV from Circus Circus is in The Chip Rack as V6864. I haven't seen it before and it's not in my NCV collection. Any opinions as to whether this is another of the many Circus free-play chips, or maybe a Borland fantasy? For one thing, the name of the game is "Craps", not "crap", and it's spelled correctly on all the other Circus NCV's I have. Could BillB have been making a joke here when he made this chip?
