I sent out a Birthday Card to an old friend. Birthday is Oct 4th. Postmarked Oct. 3rd.

I got it back "forwarding order expired" yesterday.

So hypothetical case, you mail out a chip, it's undeliverable for some reason, it might still be on the way back. Wouldn't that be a nice treat for someone with a lost shipment?
