The Copper Cart was inside the "Luxurious El Moroco Motel" across from the Stardust, adjacent to the Riviera.

Looking at the photo on the Tropicana Golf and Country Club Motor Hotel matchcover and the drawing on the Golf Club Motel matchcover, I'd say they were the same place with different names.
