Can anyone tell me the best way to fly from PHL or ACY to get to Biloxi? (Philadelphia or Atlantic City)

Last year went thru Atlanta on Delta, not bad but is there an easier (faster/cheaper) way? I don't mind driving from a close airport say within an hour of Biloxi or so.
