I do know that the Strat just changed their $1 chips as Andy, I believe, listed a post showing thier new chip with the Sunburst mold.

Arizona Charlies issued a new $1 house chip a few months ago.

Four Queens just issued their $1 Winter Solstice Chip and released a special $1 chip for their Poker Classic that ran Sept 17 - Oct 5.

Golden Gate issued sunburst mold $1 chip in the last 6 months or so.

The Montelago at Lake Las Vegas opened in May.
