The seller apparently DID mention in the ad that it is a reprint.
I don't think he has any obligation beyond that to PROMOTE the fact that it is a reprint or KEEP reminding people.
He is trying to sell his product at the highest possible price.
Bayer(tm) Aspirin has an insert in its packaging (in very small print) that use of the product could cause internal bleeding.
Bayer(tm) Aspirin DOESN'T put "INTERNAL BLEEDING" in big red letters on the front of their package... but the information IS readily available for the consumer.
Even Gambler's Book Store doesn't print it in big bold, 72 pt. font on the cover of the book. However, the information is readily available.
