If you are talking about the Tropicana in AC, I will be the first to confirm that they have the worst service of any casino I have ever been in. If you ever need a slot attendant, you will generally need to shave again before you find one. It is always a minimum of 30 minutes before you can get a re-fill on a machine or get paid for a jackpot. And they are not very friendly. I sense that the fault is with the casino for not having enough personnel and over-working their staff.

But the last time I was at the Trop, I got even with them. I arrived a few minutes early for a dinner reservation and I played a nearby Double Diamond Deluxe machine. Within a couple of minutes I had a [triple bar] [double diamond] [double diamond], good for $320. Cash out and the machine runs out. I have to wait for a refill. So I move over a couple of machines to a Triple Diamond Deluxe while I am waiting for the re-fill. A couple of pulls and [triple bar] [triple diamond] [triple diamond], good for $720 and a jackpot payout. $1,040 ahead because I was early for dinner. Not too bad.
