Right now the polling system we've built is only as secure as our voters are honest. As pointed out last week, voters could vote more than once if they wanted to skew a poll.

This week's poll is to determine whether or not there is enough interest in a secure polling system to make it worth the effort of developing one. It would require logging-in with your password to vote, and I wanted to know whether or not the majority of people feel that's a reasonable trade-off for having a secure system.

If no one felt it was worth the trouble, I didn't want to waste my time. On the other hand, if the community feels is something useful and would like to have it available, I'd be more than happy to build it.
