I acquired this chip from a blackjack table at the Aladdin during the '01 convention. My favorite chip as I was struck dumb the first time I saw it. Here is something I've been puzzling about since the nice lady dealing 21 gave it to me. How much did this chip cost me? I sat down at the table with the aim of cashing out for one of these black babes but if I failed I don't remember planning to buy one outright or not, luckily I didn't need a Plan B. The Aladdin isn't my cuppa tea so I don't play there when I visit LV, I was gonna get in and get out. I bought in at $60 and played for a short period at $10 a hand. Ran that up to a little over a hundred and pushed my chips to the dealer and skeedaddled with this beauty.

Now comes the puzzle part. Did this chip cost $100 (my cashout), $60 (my throwdown) or $40 (my winnings)? I think I know when the gambler in me is rationalizing behaviour, but anything I ever put on a table is "gone" money, I'm just paying for my fun and if fortune finds me...I'll even get my money back and winnings are just, uhh, more fun!

Would like to know what you think and if you've ever had the same question about one of your chips! I've certainly gotten $100 worth of pleasure having this chip however.
