Why not create 3 organizations; one a chapter of the CCGTCC, the second a separate local collectors club for those not interested in joining the CCGTCC... and a third local collectors club for those who rather not join either of the first two clubs ¿?¿
Who knows... there may even be room for a fourth local club.
