I had made suggestion sometime ago that national dues should also include chapter dues .
Seem simple but it is not.

From what I understand virtually every chapter has a different dues structure..
This may be predicated on either getting meeting space for free or having to pay for it.
The size of the chapter and a host of other reasons also come into play.

Wish it were that simple.
