If so, it won't be the first time they were under rated. Back in the '60s the eastern sports writers would consistantly vote in a block to deny the Trojans top rating. Then they became so powerful with the great offensive lines and Heisman Trophy caliber running backs that the writers could no longer deny their greatness. Of course, although I'm a USC fan, I have to admit that those were probably the best university football teams that many could buy.
