I am completely against your proposal for many reasons. I'll only address one at this time. The absolutely ridiculous idea to give anyone that is not a member a vote. Anyone that does not join the as either Life Member, regular member or associate member should not have a VOTE or SAY in ANY Club business.
This should be a cut & dried issue! Everyone should be a member if they want to be in a chapter. Chapters should support that or not be a chapter.
