on a timely basis. I usually do it when I notice my feedback has gone up and then I go to check what feedback that I need to leave. I'll leave feedback (as a buyer or seller) prior to the other party just because I believe that if a deal has gone well & I've had no complaints, there should be no reason to fear a negative. As far as preparing e-mails in advance...you're WAY too organized for my world!! Steve B
