He is masquerading as a member when he is in fact only a chapter member. That is misleading and deceptive. Not very ethical in my opinion! Not suprising in view of the other situations cited here on the Chipboard. The chapter name should be used in conjunction with the member number if the full story / truth is to be told. He should not try to create the impression he is a member when he is not.
