Somewhere along the way as I listed items for sale on EBAY I must've hit an "INSURANCE REQUIRED" button. All of my auctions that just closed as SOLD are coming back with INSURANCE REQUIRED.

I don't, it's usually a waste of money. I have sent out invoices DROPPING the insurance amount off the invoice. If anybody sends me $ with insurance paid I will send it back.

I haven't a clue where that button or click or whatever it is on EBAY!
