The issue under discussion is whether or not the club can use a reliable and tamper-proof online surveying system.

I'm offering to build one if the members and/or board think it's worthwhile.

It would require all users to register and create an account with a user-name/password so that each user can vote only once. Of course, only registered users would be able to vote.

Thoughts?
