The problem is that in the past, the Chip Rqack had been released with a new edition each year. However, in 2003, because of many factors in cludeing numerous new entries and the need to seperate the book into two parts, the authors were unable to put the edition out prior to the June convention. They have informed us that the new `10th edition will be out in May of 2004.

Many of the supplier of the book ran out of their supply and only a few have any left. Im not sure where to get one at this time. Hopefully, someone will answer your post with one to offer you.

As for if you should buy the 9th edition or wait until the 10th...it all depends on if you can wait 6 months or not. If it was me...I'd buy buy the 9th because 6 months of not knowing values is just too long.
