These four chips were found in a trash can. being discarded from a home in Oakland, CA. They were with my previously mentioned Agua Caliente Jockey Club and 327 Club chips. These (and all the chips) appear to be heavily water damaged.

They appear to be monogramed with "JO", could be "JD", but my guess is "JO". One either side of the monogram is a laurel branch, giving the appearance of a wreath. Both sides of the chips are the same (except for condition, with the best sides being displayed!).

My older copy of TGT does not include a reference to the monogram. Any ideas?
